Sewing Sophomore is an intermediate level technique development course which will teach students to build upon the basics outlined in Sewing Survey. In SEWING SOPHOMORE, students will develop skills relating to garment construction, including basic pattern alteration, textile anatomy + selection, and fine garment finishing methods. Students will work on a pattern and woven textile of their choosing with one-on-one guidance. 

Students will need to provide their own machine.  *Although, we do have a few machines available for students in need.  Please make a note in your order if you do need to reserve a machine.  After making your deposit you will receive an email containing a list of basic supplies needed for class.

**To hold your spot make the $50 Deposit (non-refundable) today.  The remaining $175 balance will be due at the first day of class.  You are also able to pay the full $225 payment which includes the $50 deposit.

*Price includes muslin and pattern paper.

*Class is capped at 4 students

**It is not required to have taken SEWING SURVEY in order to be qualified to take SEWING SOPHOMORE.  However, a basic understanding of patterns, textiles and basic construction is essential.LOCATION:  122 West 18th Street,  KCMO  64108
