The HSS continues to offer SEWING SURVEY, a basic level sewing and garment construction intro course. In SEWING SURVEY, beginning students will gain entry-level sewing skills and improve current sewing skills. This course will be an intimate class with lots of one on one attention/guidance in a group class setting. Students will be sent a list of basic sewing supplies after making a deposit.

SEWING SURVEY OVERVIEW:

Over the course of four three-hour sessions, students will learn the following:

CONFIDENCE on their sewing machine

EASE with patterns, including how to follow, lay out and correctly cut a pattern.

UNDERSTANDING the anatomy of textiles

ACCOMPLISHMENT in the creation of a finished muslin (garment), from cutting to execution.

We do have a few machines available for students, although students can and usually provide their own machine. Please email me immediately (hadleyanneclark@gmail.com) if you do want to reserve a machine during class time. The studio is located on the second floor with only staircase access.

After making your deposit you will receive an email containing a list of basic supplies needed for class.

At this time all students will be required to wear masks during the course.

**To hold your spot make the $50 Deposit (non-refundable) today. The remaining $200 balance will be due at the first day of class. You are also able to pay the full $250 payment which includes the $50 deposit.
